    Description

    This Harmony XB4, flush red button head with set of 6 colored caps operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This button head with set of colored caps provides 6 different cap colors for multi-purposes use in operation along with an ergonomic interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

    Features

    • This unique ZB4BA9 configuration includes a standard 22mm Harmony XB4 metal head bundled with 6 interchangeable color caps (Black, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, and White). This allows facility managers and OEMs to standardize on a single part number and decide the final function—such as "Start," "Stop," or "Reset"—at the moment of installation.
    • With the included cap set, you can easily comply with IEC 60204-1 and NFPA 79 color codes. Use the Green cap for "Start," Red for "Stop" (non-emergency), and Blue for "Reset." This flexibility eliminates the need to stock six different colored pushbutton heads, significantly reducing your inventory overhead and storage space.
    • Featuring a Chromium-plated metal bezel, the ZB4BA9 is part of Schneider's rugged Harmony XB4 line. This metal construction offers superior mechanical strength and chemical resistance over plastic alternatives, making it the preferred choice for heavy manufacturing, automotive assembly lines, and oil and gas facilities
    • This operator head is engineered for extreme environments, carrying IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings. It is fully NEMA 4X and 13 rated, ensuring it remains watertight and functional even when subjected to high-pressure, high-temperature cleaning or exposure to industrial oils and dust.
    • The head is designed for a standard 22.5mm hole and utilizes the modular ZB4 mounting system. The color caps snap securely onto the flush head, and the entire assembly "clicks" into a ZB4BZ009 mounting collar. This modularity allows for rapid field changes or repairs without disturbing the wiring on the rear-mounted contact blocks.
