This Schneider Electric OsiSense electronic pressure switch has a 4 digit 7-segment display, hysteresis switching mode. It has a pressure rating of -1 bar. - Providing 18 available pole spaces in a standard 3-phase, 4-wire layout, this 100 Amp interior allows for precise, balanced phase loading across commercial distribution systems. The chassis accepts both QO plug-on and QOB bolt-on branch circuit breakers (including standard, high-interrupting QOB-VH, and QHB series), giving contractors the flexibility to lock down breaker attachments based on site-specific vibration or building specs.
- Purpose-built to drop directly into standard 20-inch wide Square D NEMA enclosures with a height of 26 inches and a nominal depth of 5.75 inches, this interior offers a perfect factory fit. The streamlined dimensions maximize gutter space for clean, compliant wire-bending loops, helping field crews wrap up complex commercial routing tasks quickly and neatly.
- The main connection block is equipped with high-grade lugs that safely secure aluminum and neutral conductors ranging from AWG 6 up to AWG 2/0. Tightening the terminal screws to the factory-certified torque profile of 40.01 to 50 lbf-in (4.52 to 5.65 N-m) ensures a compression bond that resists natural thermal expansion cycles, preventing arcing and localized degradation at the main feed drop.
- This NQ series interior supports short-circuit current ratings (SCCR) up to a maximum of 65 kA, varying dynamically based on the interrupting thresholds of the specific branch breakers installed. Carrying complete UL and CSA safety certifications, this rugged distribution interior ensures hassle-free compliance with national and provincial electrical codes during final building inspections.
