Description
This Harmony XB4, plain lens illuminated projecting red button head operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This illuminated button head for integral LED provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to clear color and by touch due to projecting element, minimizing errors in machine control. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. It provides high brightness for easy identification of function and operation mode, even in brightly lit environments.
Features
- This modular head features a industry-standard 22mm cutout diameter, ensuring seamless integration into your existing Harmony XB4 series setups without requiring panel modifications. It serves as a direct drop-in replacement or upgrade for standard industrial control stations, enabling fast maintenance and minimized system downtime.
- As a separate modular component, this item includes the illuminated projecting head only. To achieve a fully functional pushbutton switch, you will need to pair it with a standard Schneider metal mounting collar (such as the ZB4BZ009) along with your choice of specific electrical contact blocks and a universal LED light block.
- Designed with a prominent, projecting red plain lens profile, this actuator is highly visible from a distance and easily distinguishable by touch even when operators are wearing heavy industrial work gloves. The momentary spring-return action ensures instant machine control, reverting to its original position immediately after pressure is released to prevent accidental continuous operation.
