Description
This Harmony XB4, plain lens illuminated flush orange button head for integral LED operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This illuminated button head for integral LED provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to illuminated, clear color and by touch due to flush element, minimizing errors in machine control. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. It provides high brightness for easy identification of function and operation mode, even in brightly lit environments.

- The Schneider ZB4BW353 is a 22mm flush-mounted, illuminated push-button head from the premium Harmony XB4 metal range. Featuring an orange (amber) lens, this operator is designed to provide both physical control and clear visual status feedback, making it a staple for industrial control panels where specific machine conditions—such as a warning or a specific process cycle—must be immediately visible.
- Unlike plastic alternatives, the XB4 series is manufactured with a chromium-plated metal bezel. This provides superior mechanical durability and resistance to chemical cleaning agents, making it the "gold standard" for Canadian heavy manufacturing, mining, and oil and gas facilities where equipment must withstand significant physical abuse.
- This head features an integral LED design. It is engineered to be paired with a Schneider ZB4BZ009 mounting collar and a ZBV Light Block. The amber LED provides high-visibility status indication even in bright sunlight or dimly lit factory floors, ensuring operators can make split-second decisions based on the button's illuminated state.
- The ZB4BW353 carries IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings, along with NEMA 4, 4X, and 13 protection. This ensures the internal electronics remain completely dry and functional even when subjected to high-pressure, high-temperature steam cleaning or extreme Canadian weather conditions.
- This is a "head-only" component, allowing you to customize the electrical logic. You can snap on various ZBE contact blocks (Normally Open or Normally Closed) to the mounting collar to match your specific wiring schematic. This modularity reduces inventory costs and simplifies future maintenance or logic upgrades.
