Description
This Harmony XB7, plain lens monolithic red pilot light is supplied with 120V AC, uses an integral LED and screw clamp terminals. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance due to clear colors and illumination via integral LED, enabling complex machine statuses to be read at a glance. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. It has a double insulated plastic bezel. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -25°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- The Schneider Electric XB7EV04GP is a "monolithic" 22mm pilot light from the Harmony XB7 range. Unlike the modular XB4 or XB5 series (which require a separate head, collar, and light block), the XB7 is a single, integrated unit. This makes it an incredibly cost-effective and space-saving solution for Canadian OEMs and panel builders who need high-volume, reliable status indication.
- This model features a Red lens with an integrated LED light source. In Canadian industrial standards, a red pilot light is the universal signal for a "Fault," "Emergency Stop," or "Motor Stopped" condition. The use of an LED instead of an incandescent bulb ensures a long service life (typically 70,000 hours) and high resistance to the vibration common in mining and manufacturing environments.
- The "GP" suffix indicates that the unit is rated for 120V AC (50/60Hz). This is the most common control circuit voltage in Canada, allowing the pilot light to be wired directly to the secondary side of a control transformer or a standard 120V branch circuit without needing extra power supplies.
- The XB7 series is constructed from a high-grade, double-insulated plastic. This makes the unit corrosion-resistant and ideal for environments where metal components might rust or where electrical isolation is a priority. The circular "flush" lens design provides a modern look while staying easy to clean in dusty environments like grain elevators or woodworking shops.
