Description
This Harmony XB4, light block with body/fixing collar is white, operates with a universal LED. It has 1 x NO contact and a metal body and is compatible with Harmony XB4 pilot lights. This light block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your signaling units. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible illuminated push button or selector switch units via clip together assembly and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It enables visual distinction of signaling units via illumination by universal LED. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It is designed to fit with a standard 22mm control and signaling units, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 55°C allows versatility in usage of product.
Features
- Part of the HarmonyTM XB4 industrial 22 mm metal signaling line, this product number represents a complete rear-enclosure module bundle. It includes a Zamak chrome-plated metal fixing collar, a pre-installed 24V AC/DC integral LED light block, and a single Normally Open (1 NO) screw-clamp contact block providing everything needed behind the panel deadfront to fully power and monitor an illuminated push button or selector head.
- Equipped with an energy-efficient, universal integral LED engine, this module accepts a nominal supply voltage of 24V AC or DC at 50/60 Hz. This low-voltage operation matches standard PLC transistor outputs and 24V control transformer secondaries perfectly, eliminating the heat generation, localized structural stress, and filament burn-outs associated with legacy incandescent bulbs.
- Out of the box, this kit comes fitted with a single Normally Open (NO) silver-alloy (AgNi) contact block. Designed for heavy-duty industrial command logic, it features a 10A conventional enclosed thermal current rating (Ith) and an advanced AC-15/DC-13 utilization curve ensuring crisp, arc-free signal switching when managing high-inrush inductive starter coils or direct PLC telemetry loops.
- This module features a "Universal LED" core design engineered to project a pure, high-intensity neutral light wavelength. This allows industrial panel builders maximum inventory flexibility; you can snap this single base assembly onto any color Harmony ZB4 illuminated pilot head whether it is red, green, amber, white, or blue without distorting the final visible lens color.
- Fully tested and certified to comply with strict CSA C22.2 No 14, UL 508, and EN/IEC 60947-5-1 industrial criteria, this component carries authentic cULus, UKCA, and BV markings. This complete regulatory alignment ensures your custom motor control centers and automated panel boards seamlessly satisfy local provincial field inspections, insurance audits, and jobsite safety reviews.
