Description
This product is part of the Modicon M340 range, an offer of Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). This ruggedized backplane expander is an extension accessory of Modicon M580 and M340 Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC). It is an Ethernet backplane rack with a current of 160mA at 24V DC and 22mA at 3.3V DC. This ruggedized product can be used in more severe environments, and operate in an extended temperature range, from -25°C to +70°C. It is furnished with 2 x 9-way SUB-D female connectors for electrical connection. It is an IP20 rated product. It is suitable for severe environments, medium to large process applications and expander is It is suitable for multiracks configuration. It meets EN 61131-2, EN 61000-6-4, EN 61000-6-2 and EN 61010-2-201 standards. This backplane expander is compatible with Modicon M340 BMXXBP1200, BMXXBP0800, BMXXBP0600 and BMXXBP0400 backplane. Modicon X80 consists in a compatible modules common platform that reduce maintenance and training costs with same spare parts in stock, and unique training for different Programmable Automation Controllers (PAC).
