- Featuring a built-in RJ45 Ethernet port (supporting Modbus TCP), this controller enables seamless integration into your local network for remote monitoring, maintenance, and data acquisition. You can easily connect to HMIs or SCADA systems and even utilize the embedded web server for "anywhere" access, significantly reducing onsite troubleshooting time and boosting overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
- This unit comes equipped with 16 integrated I/O points, including 9 digital inputs (with 2 high-speed counters for encoders) and 7 robust relay outputs. This diverse mix allows you to switch higher current loads directly through the relay outputs while simultaneously capturing high-speed pulses from positioning sensors, eliminating the need for expensive external high-speed modules or interposing relays.
- The TM221CE16R uses "Machine Expert Basic" (formerly SoMachine Basic), which is available as a free download. This intuitive software uses standard Ladder Logic (LD) and simplifies the configuration process with a user-friendly interface, meaning your engineering team can move from concept to commissioning faster, lowering your total cost of ownership (TCO) and shortening development cycles.
