This Harmony XB4, black selector switch head with standard handle has 2 positions, operates with stay-put mechanism. This switch head with standard handle provides an ergonomic interface for controlling your machines. It can easily be installed on compatible selector switch units and provide an effective manner to set your machine in various operating modes. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP69K. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- The ZB4BD2 is a 2-position, 90-degree selector switch head from the Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 metal range. It features "Stay-Put" (maintained) operation, meaning the handle remains in the position to which it is turned (Left or Right) until manually moved again, making it ideal for basic On/Off or Auto/Manual selection.
- Constructed with a robust chromium-plated metal bezel, this operator is engineered to withstand high-impact and high-vibration environments. It is rated IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K, providing complete protection against dust and high-pressure hot water washdowns—perfect for food processing, automotive, and outdoor control panels.
- The unit features a standard black handle that provides a clean, professional appearance and ergonomic grip. As a non-illuminated head, it relies on the physical position of the lever to indicate the machine's state, providing a clear visual confirmation of the selected mode from a distance.
- This part number is the operator head only. To create a functional switch, you must pair it with a metal mounting collar (ZB4BZ009) and at least one contact block (such as the ZB101 for Normally Open or ZB102 for Normally Closed). Its modular design allows you to stack multiple contact blocks to control several independent circuits simultaneously.
- Designed to fit a standard 22.5mm (7/8") hole, the ZB4BD2 is compatible with most industrial control stations and enclosures.
