Description
This Harmony XB4, black selector switch head with standard handle has 3 positions, operates with spring return from left to center mechanism. This switch head with standard handle provides an ergonomic interface for controlling your machines. It can easily be installed on compatible selector switch units and provide an effective manner to set your machine in various operating modes. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP69K. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- This modular selector switch head features a 3-position, $\pm45$-degree throw layout with a mixed actuation profile. It utilizes a spring-return mechanism from the left position back to the center, combined with a maintained (stay-put) latching action in the right position. This distinct asymmetric setup allows plant engineers to use the left side for momentary jogging, safety overrides, or testing inputs, while using the right side to lock the machinery into continuous run-state production.
- The unit is equipped with an integrated, standard black pointer handle that provides crisp mechanical detents and highly legible positioning alignment. Designed for universal operation, the high-contrast handle profile offers a secure grip for technicians on active shop floors, ensuring deliberate and reliable control changes even when operators are wearing heavy canvas or high-voltage protective gloves.
- This product is classified strictly as a modular operator head and does not arrive pre-assembled with rear contacts or electrical blocks. To deploy this switch onto a panel door, it must be paired with a standard Harmony metal fixing collar (ZB4BZ009) and the appropriate configuration of Harmony ZBE single or double electrical contact blocks depending on your automated logic needs.
