Description
This Harmony XB4, double head has 1 green and 1 red button, operates with a spring return / impulse mechanism. This double head provides a versatile interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible complete push button units and contact blocks via snap-fit assembly. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to clear colors and by touch due to flush elements, minimizing errors in machine control. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.
Features
- This innovative 22mm dual-head pushbutton integrates two independent control functions typically "Start" and "Stop" into a single mounting hole. By combining "I" (Green) and "O" (Red) operators into one unit, you reduce the physical footprint of your interface by 50%, allowing for more compact control enclosures and lower material costs without sacrificing operator accessibility.
- Built with a high-strength, chrome-plated metal bezel, this ZB4 operator is specifically engineered to resist heavy impacts, chemical exposure, and mechanical wear. This rugged construction makes it the ideal choice for high-traffic manufacturing floors and heavy machinery applications where plastic alternatives often fail or degrade over time.
- This head is fully compatible with the modular Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 contact block system, allowing you to snap on the exact combination of Normally Open (NO) or Normally Closed (NC) contacts required for your circuit.
