Description
The Industrial UPS 24V DC DIN Rail is a part of the Schneider Electric's Easy UPS family. This model is a 240W UPS that offers DC input to DC output for industrial equipment support. It features 0-5V signaling relay contacts, up to 4 total external battery pack support, LED indicators and EPO switch for better control over the indutrial controls infrastructure. It comes with a 2-year standard warranty.

- This 240W DC-to-DC control module is purpose-built to deliver continuous, reliable backup power specifically for industrial automation infrastructure like PLCs, HMIs, and Industrial PCs. By maintaining a stable 24V DC supply during a power failure, it prevents sudden system crashes and data loss, allowing your automated machinery to perform controlled shutdowns and eliminating the time-consuming need to manually reset equipment.
- The flexible control module supports the addition of up to four external battery packs (compatible with battery module XB005XPDR), enabling you to scale your system's standby capacity dynamically. Whether your application requires a brief buffer of a few minutes to save critical runtime values or up to several hours for extended bridging, you can easily customize the storage capacity to eliminate the risk of unintended asset stoppage.
- This unit features built-in 0-5V signaling relay contacts and active LED indicators that provide instant diagnostic feedback for remote monitoring systems. You can seamlessly integrate these dry contacts into your central monitoring control panel to get automated alerts for battery mode activation, low state-of-charge, missing batteries, or when a replacement is required, ensuring you can perform proactive maintenance before a real-world power event occurs.
- Designed with ultra-compact dimensions of just 40mm (1.6 inches) in width, this control module utilizes a standard horizontal 35mm DIN rail mount to maximize precious rail space. Its slim, lightweight 0.5 kg (1.1 lbs) profile allows panel builders and system integrators to easily squeeze reliable power protection into highly dense, crowded industrial enclosures without altering existing layouts.
- Engineered for demanding industrial environments, the module features robust overload protection capable of handling 130% load for 60 seconds and 145% load for 30 seconds to safely accommodate temporary motor or actuator inrush currents. Additionally, the input terminals are heavily guarded by integrated short-circuit protection and reverse polarity defense, saving your upstream power supplies from terminal damage due to field installation wiring errors.
- Built to withstand extreme manufacturing conditions, it operates seamlessly across a wide temperature range from -15°C to 50°C (5°F to 122°F) and handles up to 95% non-condensing relative humidity. Boasting an IP20 protection rating and authoritative industrial certifications like UL 60950-1, IEC 62368-1, CE, and TÜV.
