Features
- With an industry-leading interrupting rating of 300 kA at 600 VAC and 100 kA at 300 VDC, this Class J current-limiting fuse safely isolates massive electrical faults.
- Engineered with a dual-element architecture, this Low-Peak fuse provides a minimum 10-second time delay at 500% of its 350A rated current. This allows the system to easily absorb temporary inrush currents and transient surges from heavy industrial motors or transformers, eliminating nuisance blowing and avoiding costly plant downtime.
- Designed with standard Class J rejection dimensions measuring 2 inches in diameter and 7.13 inches in length, this cartridge fuse features robust bolted blade terminals for a secure, low-resistance mechanical connection. Its unique physical footprint strictly prevents the accidental installation of fuses with lesser voltage or interrupting capacities, ensuring total system safety compliance.
