This interface Plug-In relay belongs to the Schneider Electric Harmony electromechanical relays range. This is a pre-assembled electromechanical relay mounted on a separate contact terminal socket with diode protection module and maintaining clamp. This is a 8A, 24Vdc, 2 CO interface mechanical relay. This pre-mounted relay is a ready-to-go package saving assembly time. The protection module comes with a green LED indicator. The interface relay socket connection is by screw connector type. This pre-assembled relay weighs 0.057Kg. Its design is fit for industrial machines, packaging, textile, HVAC, automation control panels, low/medium voltage switchgear, motor controls, PLC Interfaces, power supplies, building or medical equipment, lighting controls. It is a green premium product and conforms to international standard and certifications like IEC, UL, EAC, CSA, ROHS and REACH. It is sold in lots of 30. This RSB plug-in relay range comprises of 12A relays with 1 CO contact, 16A relays with 1 CO contact, and 8A relays with 2 CO contacts.

- The unit features a 2 C/O contact composition rated for a conventional enclosed thermal current of 8 A at 250 V AC or 28 V DC. This dual-pole layout provides versatile switching paths, allowing you to control multiple isolated circuits or handle redundant signaling loops simultaneously within demanding motor control centers and automated machinery.
- Designed with an integrated diode protection module, this relay safely suppresses inductive voltage spikes when the 24V DC coil collapses, protecting sensitive upstream PLC digital output cards from electrical damage. Additionally, a highly visible integrated green LED provides immediate, real-time visual diagnostic confirmation of coil energization without requiring manual testing with a multimeter.
- The complete assembly securely snaps onto a standard 35mm DIN rail and utilizes heavy-duty screw clamp terminals for robust electrical connections. The terminal blocks accept solid or flexible wiring ranging from AWG 22 down to AWG 14, providing the mechanical flexibility needed to match your existing control panel wiring standards while resisting vibration-induced loosening.
- Built for extreme reliability, the silver alloy (AgNi) contacts offer an expansive mechanical durability of 30,000,000 cycles and an electrical endurance of 100,000 cycles under full load.
