Lexium Cobot is a range of collaborative robots dedicated to assist workers in repetitive manipulation. This cobot controller monitors collaborative robots with 12kg to 18kg payload, with an input power of 100V to 240V AC, 50-60Hz This cobot controller has one High-speed input for belt tracking, 16 Digital input and output, and 2 analog input or output. Lexium Cobot is developed to assist workers in taking care of repetitive and tedious tasks, to protect their health by automating assembly lines. It has IP44 rating. It embeds a communication interface (RJ45 connector) for TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ProfiNet and Ethernet/IP. It is made of aluminium and steel, and weighs 16kg. It measures 410mm wide, 307mm high and 235mm deep. This cobot controller is designed to be mounted floor standing, placed next to the robot arms, in its work area. It is certified by GB11291.1, ENISO10218-1, EN60204-1, ENISO12100, ENISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, marked CE. This cobot controller monitors collaborative robots with 12kg to 18kg payload. It is connected to the cobot using a connection 6meter long cable.
