Description

Lexium Cobot is a range of collaborative robots dedicated to assist workers in repetitive manipulation. This cobot compact controller monitors all collaborative robots with 3kg to 18kg payload with an input power of 30V to 60V DC. This cobot controller has 7 digital 24V DC channels, configurable as input or output. Lexium Cobot is developed to assist workers in taking care of repetitive and tedious tasks, to protect their health by automating assembly lines. It has IP20 rating. It embeds a communication interface (RJ45 connector) for TCP/IP, Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, ProfiNet and Ethernet/IP. It is made of aluminum and steel, and weighs 1.1kg. It measures 128mm wide, 180mm high and 47mm deep. This compact controller is designed to monitor the cobots in automation architectures. It is certified by GB11291.1, ENISO10218-1, EN60204-1, ENISO12100, ENISO13849-1, EN61000-6-2, EN61000-6-4 +A1, ISO13849-1/2, ISO14644-1/9001, marked CE. This cobot controller monitors all collaborative robots with 3kg to 18kg payload It is designed to be mounted on a panel or cabinet, with guide rail. Collaborative robots are working companions of humans, reducing the drudgery of their work. Collaborative robot is a step towards industry 4.0 where the operator will work together with intelligent and manipulable robots.
