Description
QOU Miniature Molded Case Circuit Breakers are intended for use in residential and commercial applications. They are used for overcurrent protection and switching on both AC and DC electrical systems. These breakers provide a means to manually open a circuit using the interally magnetic strips. They also have VisiTrip trip indication, which provides a visual indication that the circuit breaker has tripped and interrupted the circuit. These QOU miniature circuit breakers can be DIN rail mounted, surface mounted or flush mounted using mounting feet. This two pole QOU miniature circuit breaker is rated as 15A, 240VAC. This circuit breaker provides 10 kA breaking capacity. QOU circuit breakers have been verified to adhere to their datasheet specifications by UL and CSA.

- Engineered for maximum versatility, the QOU215 features a unique "unit mount" design with integrated mounting feet, allowing for direct installation on a flat surface or DIN rail. This eliminates the need for a traditional breaker panel, making it the ideal space-saving solution for OEM control panels, HVAC equipment, and localized electrical disconnects.
- This 15-amp, double-pole thermal-magnetic circuit breaker provides reliable overcurrent and short-circuit protection for 120/240V AC circuits. By monitoring both "hot" legs simultaneously, it ensures that if a fault occurs on either line, both poles trip instantly, preventing equipment damage and ensuring the safety of your sensitive electrical components.
- Designed with field-flexibility in mind, the QOU215 supports "point-of-use" wiring with reversible line and load connections. This allows technicians to feed power from either the top or bottom, significantly simplifying cable management in tight enclosures and reducing the labor time required for custom industrial wiring projects.
- Equipped with rugged box-type lugs, the QOU215 ensures a high-pressure, low-resistance connection for both copper and aluminum conductors. This secure mechanical clamping prevents terminal overheating and wire loosening caused by thermal expansion or vibration, maintaining the integrity of your electrical system in high-use commercial environments.
