- Engineered as a high-precision, single-function On-Delay (Power On-Delay) time delay relay, this module postpones the activation of its output contacts when input power is applied. Once the control voltage hits the terminals, a user-defined countdown begins; the internal output contacts will not switch over until this set period has fully expired, a logic sequence essential for staggering multi-motor restarts and avoiding sudden grid-wide current surges.
- Featuring an adjustable configuration profile, this timing device handles a broad selection of time delays ranging from 0.1 seconds all the way up to 100 hours. The front face includes dual rotary selectors—one to choose from seven distinct timing ranges and a fine-tuning dial (10% to 100%)—allowing control technicians to dial in precise automation sequences.
- Outfitted with a high-adaptability universal power transformer stage, the relay operates flawlessly on input supplies ranging from 24V DC up to 240V AC (50/60 Hz). This wide multi-voltage compatibility allows automated control builders to integrate a single part number across varying regional panel architectures, reducing inventory overhead.
- Boasting an ultra-compact, slim 17.5 mm (0.69 inches) housing width, this Harmony Timer module takes up minimal space on high-density DIN rail panels. Its small footprint allows panel builders to group multiple control components together, shrinking the required volume of central control enclosures without making wiring access difficult.
- Built with a durable 1 C/O (Single Pole Double Throw - SPDT) configuration, the internal electromechanical relay safely switches a continuous current rating of 8A at 250V AC.
