Description
This Harmony REXL timing relay can be set between 0.1 seconds and 100 hours, has an output rating of 5A, is 48mm wide and can be supplied with 120V AC. It is a plug-in device, meaning it is quick and easy to install with the need for tools. It also offers a sealable cover, simple and precise settings with rotary trimmers. It is designed for socket plug in, this allows quick and easy installation and minimizes set up and repair time. Features
- The Schneider Electric REXL4TMF7 features a flexible Power On-Delay (Function A) function that is easily configured from 0.1 seconds up to 100 hours via precise front-facing rotary trimmers. This exceptionally wide timing scale allows industrial control technicians to standardize on a single component for varied automation, machine building, and HVAC staging sequences, significantly reducing spare-part inventory costs.
- Engineered for seamless drop-in integration, this miniature timing relay operates on a standard 120V AC (50/60 Hz) power supply and features a high-density 4 C/O (4PDT) contact arrangement rated at 5A. This multi-channel configuration allows you to safely switch up to four independent downstream circuits simultaneously from a single compact footprint, saving valuable DIN rail space in your enclosure.
- The unit features integrated dual-LED local signaling—a yellow LED indicating power is supplied to the coil and a red LED confirming that the time-delay cycle has completed and the output is active. These high-visibility indicators allow automation engineers to perform quick, line-of-sight troubleshooting and diagnostic checks without opening live circuits or using specialized testing equipment.
- Constructed with environmentally conscious cadmium-free contacts, an IP50-rated housing, and 2 kV surge withstand capabilities, this relay is rated for 100,000 electrical cycles and up to 10,000,000 mechanical operations.
