Features
- This complete, ready-to-use Harmony XAC pendant control station is specifically engineered for the safe, reliable control of single-speed hoist motors. Outfitted with a specialized pistol-grip enclosure housing two mechanical-interlocked push buttons, it delivers intuitive, slow-break "Raise" and "Lower" command execution that prevents simultaneous opposing signal faults in overhead cranes and industrial lifting equipment.
- Built to endure the punishing conditions of busy factories and shipyards, the housing is molded from high-impact polypropylene with an IK08 mechanical impact protection rating and a 100 gn shock resistance certification. This robust construction ensures that dropping the unit onto a concrete shop floor or striking it against heavy steel structural members will not crack the casing or interrupt your crane operations.
- Featuring a fully double-insulated design with an IP65 ingress protection rating, this control station completely blocks fine dust, airborne particulates, and low-pressure water streams from entering the internal electrical components. Combined with a wide operational temperature resilience ranging from -25°C to 70°C, it provides reliable crane and hoist control in unheated warehouses, outdoor lumber yards, and high-humidity processing facilities.
- Eliminating the need to cut or drill custom entries, the unit comes equipped with a flexible rubber boot sleeve that accommodates stepped cable entries from 8 mm to 26 mm (0.31 to 1.02 inches).
