Description
This Harmony XAC, yellow pendant station for hoist motor has single speed. This pendant station for hoist motor is designed for standard or medium-duty control circuit applications in your machines. It has 4 push buttons and 1 emergency stop with "raise", "lower", "left", "right" markings, with normally open and normally close contact. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -25°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.
Features
- Part of the HarmonyTM XAC line, this complete pre-configured pendant control station is housed in a high-visibility, double-insulated bright yellow polycarbonate enclosure. It is specifically engineered to endure punishing mechanical impacts, accidental drops, and dragging across concrete floors, ensuring crane and hoist operators can safely control heavy lifting equipment without fracturing the housing.
- This control station features 4 mechanically interlocked operators paired with a clear, logical button sequence for precise machinery handling. It includes 2 flush push buttons for "raise" and "lower" transitions, and 2 flush push buttons for "Left" and "Right" directions, providing clear, intuitive physical management for overhead cranes, gantry systems, and industrial winches.
- Each directional button is equipped with an advanced, two-speed progressive contact block assembly. When an operator presses a button halfway down, it closes the first stage contact to initiate slow, high-precision equipment jogging; pressing the button fully down engages the second stage to activate high-speed travel, allowing for smooth acceleration and highly accurate load spotting.
- Fully tested and certified to comply with strict CSA C22.2 No 14, UL 508, and EN/IEC 60947-5-1 safety standards, this pendant station carries authentic cULus and CE markings. It safely operates on standard industrial control circuits up to 600V AC, ensuring your crane setups cleanly satisfy local provincial electrical field audits, Ministry of Labour protocols, and jobsite safety reviews.
