Description
Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.
Features
- The XACA201 features a specialized "pistol grip" shape engineered specifically for single-handed overhead crane and hoist control. This intuitive geometry reduces operator fatigue during long shifts, allowing for precise spotting and lifting maneuvers without the awkward hand positioning required by standard rectangular pendant boxes.
- Constructed from high-visibility yellow polypropylene, this enclosure is double-insulated and built to withstand severe mechanical impacts and vibration. The rugged housing protects internal contact blocks from the "bruising" typical of industrial environments, ensuring your lifting equipment stays operational even after accidental collisions with racking or machinery.
- This pendant station is fully sealed against dust, powerful water jets, and corrosion, making it ideal for marine, wastewater, or food processing applications. The watertight integrity prevents internal short circuits and terminal oxidation, significantly reducing maintenance intervals for equipment exposed to moisture or weather.
- Designed with an integrated cable entry and internal clamping mechanism, the station effectively transfers the weight of the cord away from the electrical terminations. This prevents wires from pulling out of their terminals over time, ensuring a reliable electrical path and preventing intermittent control failures during critical heavy-lift operations.
