- This Harmony 9001B 2-operator pendant station is a complete, pre-assembled solution purpose-built for overhead cranes, industrial hoists, and material-conveyor jogging applications. Equipped with dual flush pushbuttons rated for 5 A at 600 V AC, it allows machinery operators to easily execute single-speed directional control over heavy lifting components with precise, reliable accuracy.
- The internal operator mechanism features a built-in mechanical interlock that physically prevents both buttons from being depressed at the exact same time. This safety configuration eliminates the danger of sending conflicting forward/reverse or up/down signals to your motor starter, eliminating electrical phase-to-phase shorts and preventing severe stress on heavy hoist gearboxes.
- The dual-contact blocks provide independent paths for both primary motor activation and auxiliary system interlocking, giving you the freedom to route safety flags or status lamps without adding external expansion contact elements.
- Designed with an ergonomic, high-visibility yellow body, the housing features deep, oversized finger-grip contours on the rear face that allow for fatigue-free, single-handed operation. This contour configuration guarantees that field technicians can comfortably hold and manage hoist adjustments with heavy industrial work gloves on without losing their grip.
