Description
This fixing plate comprising a tube is part of the Harmony XVB7, XV6, and XV4 ranges, featuring modular tower lights designed for easy customer assembly. It is designed for easy mounting of a base module with bottom cable entry (a gasket and fixing screws are included). The XVZ02 dark grey fixing plate features a plastic base and an aluminium tube measuring 100mm in height and 25mm in diameter. It is impact, dust, water, and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 rating, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. It weighs 81g. This fixing plate is compatible with the XVZ09 wall mounting bracket or the XVZ07 and XVZ08 adapters. The Harmony range of tower lights features a sleek design incorporating energy-efficient LEDs to maximize brightness while minimizing energy consumption.

- This functional assembly features a pre-engineered structural extension comprising a high-strength aluminum tube with a rigid 25 mm diameter profile. Measuring exactly 112 mm (4.4 inches) in total height from the bottom of the fixing plate to the top of the tube, it cleanly elevates your signaling tower above the physical deadfront of a machine enclosure or control panel board, ensuring optimal, unhindered 360-degree line-of-sight visibility across dense factory floors.
- Built to thrive in punishing production zones, this accessory boasts a comprehensive IP66 ingress protection rating along with NEMA Type 4, 4X, 12, and 13 structural indoor ratings when paired with a compatible beacon stack. The impenetrable physical boundary actively blocks out fine abrasive dust, oil mists, splashing chemical solvents, and direct high-pressure hose jets from creeping into your lower internal connections.
- To ensure a permanent, airtight seal against your industrial panel cutout, this fixing plate comes factory-supplied with a high-integrity compression sealing gasket and heavy-duty mechanical mounting screws. This specialized bottom-entry design cleanly routes control cables straight down into the main enclosure while maintaining the code-compliant environmental safety ratings of your master electrical panel.
