Description
Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

- This modular head features a standard 22mm mounting diameter, making it an exact drop-in replacement for any standard industrial control panel or machinery station. It is fully compatible with the Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 series body blocks, mounting collars, and contact blocks, allowing you to upgrade or service your pilot devices without drilling new layout holes.
- This unit is engineered with a red, projecting (extended) operator profile rather than a flush surface, making it instantly distinguishable from a distance and effortless to actuate even when operators are wearing heavy industrial gloves. The spring-return mechanism provides crisp, momentary tactile feedback to ensure precise manual execution of machine cycles or diagnostic control loops.
- Built to survive demanding industrial manufacturing environments, this pilot device head carries premium IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings alongside UL Type 4X/13 enclosure protection. It is entirely dust-tight and fully sealed against high-pressure, high-temperature water jets, minimizing internal component corrosion and preventing expensive electrical downtime during intensive facility washdowns.
- Unlike plastic-bezel alternatives that crack under stress, this head is built with a heavy-duty, chromium-plated metal bezel designed to absorb mechanical shocks and vibrations up to 5 gn. It features an IK06 impact resistance rating and a wide operational temperature range of -40 C to 70 C (-40 F to 158 F), protecting your control circuits from mechanical failure in extreme environments.
