- This TeSys K auxiliary control relay features a 4 NO (Normally Open) pole contact composition rated for up to 690V AC applications. This quad-pole layout lets industrial panel builders effortlessly command four distinct control circuits, coordinate complex machinery interlocking logic, or route concurrent status feedback loops from a single space-saving device.
- This relay is equipped with a standard 220V to 230V AC control coil operating at 50/60 Hz, drawing a low 4.5 VA of hold-in power during continuous engagement. It allows system engineers to interface directly with European-spec machinery or high-voltage commercial control circuits without deploying additional step-down transformers or altering localized line-voltage panel architecture.
- Engineered for high-duty signaling, this device handles a conventional free-air thermal current (Ith) of 10 A at ambient temperatures up to 50 C and holds an Irms rated making capacity of 110 Amps conforming to strict IEC 60947 benchmarks. The premium contacts are fully optimized for AC-15 and DC-13 utilization categories, resisting electrical degradation when switching demanding inductive loads like automation solenoids, clutches, and small contactor coils.
- Built for continuous, high-speed automated environments, this relay boasts an outstanding mechanical durability rating of 10,000,000 operations and runs at a maximum operating rate of up to 10,000 cycles per hour. This rapid mechanical response time (10 to 20 milliseconds for both coil energization and de-energization) ensures tight execution parameters in repetitive manufacturing lines, lowering preventative maintenance costs over years of multi-shift production.
- The module features heavy-duty, captive screw clamp terminals that provide up to 1.3 N.m of tightening torque using standard flat-head, Philips No. 2, or Pozidriv No. 2 screwdrivers. The versatile terminal housings accommodate a broad array of wiring choices, securely clamping single or dual solid conductors ranging from 1.5 to 4 mm2 to completely eliminate loose connections caused by machinery vibration.
