    Description

    This Zelio Logic SR2 compact smart relay / programmable controller uses a supply voltage of 100V to 240V alternating current. It has 12 inputs / outputs with screw-clamp terminals, has an integrated clock and LCD display. It has compact design, allowing installation on DIN rail. It also offers simple programming, display and diagnosing of malfunctions display and navigation buttons. Its simple ladder programming makes it adapted for non-specialists.

    Features

    • The Schneider Electric SR2B121FU is a part of the Zelio Logic 2 family. It is a "smart relay" or "mini-PLC" designed for small automation systems where a full-scale industrial PLC would be overkill. It s a favorite in Canada for controlling small packaging machines, lighting systems, HVAC sequencing, and pump management.
    • This unit features a total of 12 Input/Output points: 8 Digital Inputs: Used for receiving signals from push buttons, limit switches, or sensors. 4 Relay Outputs: These are "dry contact" outputs capable of switching up to 8 Amps, allowing the Zelio to directly drive small motors, contactor coils, or pilot lights without needing interposing relays.
    • The "FU" suffix indicates a wide-range AC power supply. It can be powered by any voltage between 100V and 240V AC. This is ideal for Canadian applications because the unit can be wired directly to standard 120V control power or 208/240V single-phase power without the need for an external 24V DC power supply.
    • The SR2B121FU includes a built-in backlit LCD display and navigation buttons. This allows maintenance staff in Canadian facilities to check the status of inputs/outputs, adjust timer settings, or change setpoints directly on the face of the device without needing to plug in a laptop.
    • The Zelio can be programmed in two ways: 1. Function Block Diagram (FBD): Best for users comfortable with logic gates and flowcharts. 2. Ladder Diagram (L/D): The industry standard for electricians and maintenance teams familiar with traditional relay logic. Programming is done via the free Zelio Soft 2 software or directly through the front keypad for very simple logic changes.
