Description
TeSys Deca control relay, 5 contacts (3NO + 2NC), 10A/690V, for control of electromagnetic loads AC-15/DC-13. It provides a 120V 50/60Hz AC control circuit, connection by screw clamp terminals. For high operating rates until 180 cycles/min and ambient temperature -40/+60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (45mm width), for clipping on 35mm DIN rail or fixing by screw. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine).
Features
- The Schneider Electric CAD32G7 is an industrial control relay from the TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) family. Unlike a contactor used to directly power large motors, the CAD relay is designed for heavy-duty logic and signaling. It serves as the "brain" of your control circuit, allowing you to multiply signals, interlock different machine functions, or interface between a PLC and larger power components.
- The "32" in the part number indicates the contact setup: 3 Normally Open (NO) and 2 Normally Closed (NC) instantaneous contacts. This specific mix is ideal for standard safety and motor control logic for example, using the 3 NO contacts to signal "Run" status to multiple systems while using the 2 NC contacts for a "Ready" light and a hardware interlock.
