    Description

    This Harmony XB4, light block with body/fixing collar is white, operates with an integral LED. It has a metal body and is compatible with Harmony XB4 pilot lights. This light block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your signaling units. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible illuminated push button or selector switch units via clip together assembly and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It enables visual distinction of signaling units via illumination by integral LED. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. It is designed to fit with a standard 22mm control and signaling units, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 55°C allows versatility in usage of product.

    Features

    • The ZB4BVG1 is a complete "Light Block" assembly from the Schneider Electric Harmony XB4/XB5 range. It includes the mounting collar and an integrated White LED light engine. It is the "engine" that sits behind a pilot light or illuminated push-button head to provide the actual illumination for the operator.
    • This specific model is designed for 110V to 120V AC (50/60 Hz) systems. This is the most common control voltage used in North American industrial panels, allowing you to wire the light directly to your control circuit without the need for additional transformers or power supplies.
    • The ZB4BVG1 uses a "Protected LED" light source rather than an incandescent bulb. This provides several critical advantages: a much longer service life (typically 100,000 hours), lower power consumption, and high resistance to the vibration and shock common in industrial machinery, which frequently causes traditional filaments to fail.
    • As part of the modular Harmony system, this block comes with the ZB4BZ009 metal mounting collar already attached. It is designed to snap onto any 22mm Harmony ZB4 (metal) or ZB5 (plastic) pilot light heads or illuminated push-button operators (such as the green ZB4BV033 or red ZB4BV043).
    • With its metal mounting base and high-quality electronics, the ZB4BVG1 is built for heavy-duty use. It features screw clamp terminals for secure wiring (even with ferrules) and is designed to maintain the NEMA 4X / IP66 integrity of your panel when properly installed with a compatible head. It is UL Listed, CSA Certified, and CE marked for global use.
