    Description

    This Harmony ZB, XB5 white Light block operates with a universal LED. It is supplied with 24V AC/DC and uses screw clamp terminals. It has a plastic body. This light block allows fast and easy replacement and configuration of your signaling units. It is easily installed and replaced on compatible illuminated push-button or selector switch units via clip together assembly and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It enables visual distinction of signaling units via illumination by universal LED. It protects operators from unexpected contact with live circuits thanks to its IP20 protection index. It features high endurance LED lighting for less replacement and process downtimes. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.

    Features

    • The ZBV B1 is a complete "Light Block" assembly for the Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 (metal) and XB5 (plastic) 22mm ranges. It serves as the illumination source for pilot lights and illuminated push-buttons, providing the visual feedback necessary for industrial control systems
    • This specific model is designed for 24V AC/DC. This low-voltage rating is the industry standard for modern PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) outputs and safety circuits, offering an extra layer of safety for operators and technicians compared to high-voltage alternatives.
    • The ZBV B1 features a high-intensity White LED. Unlike old-fashioned incandescent bulbs, this LED is "Protected," meaning it is highly resistant to industrial vibration and electrical surges. It boasts a massive service life of approximately 100,000 hours, virtually eliminating the need for routine maintenance or bulb replacements.
    • This is a modular component. In a typical setup, it is snapped onto a mounting collar (such as the ZB4BZ009) behind an operator head (like the ZB4BV01). Its "plug-and-play" design allows you to change the light block without needing to replace the mechanical push-button or pilot light lens.
    • The block features standard screw clamp terminals that ensure a gas-tight, vibration-proof connection for wires up to 14 AWG. It is UL Listed, CSA Certified, and CE marked. When properly installed with a compatible Harmony head, it maintains the IP66/IP69K and NEMA 4X integrity of your enclosure, making it suitable for heavy washdown environments.
