Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

Features

The Schneider Electric Harmony ZB5AD2 is a 2-position maintained selector switch actuator. This means when you turn the knob from the left to the right position, it "stays" there until you manually turn it back. It is the industry standard for "Auto/Manual" or "Off/On" selection in Canadian control panels and machinery.
Part of the Harmony ZB5 (plastic) range, this actuator is highly resistant to chemical corrosion and electrical interference. With IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings, it is specifically designed to withstand high-pressure wash-downs and extreme temperatures, making it ideal for Canadian food and beverage processing or outdoor marine applications.
The actuator features a standard black stay-put handle with a high-contrast white position indicator. The handle s shape is designed for a positive grip, ensuring that operators in rugged industrial environments can clearly feel the mechanical "click" of the switch even when wearing heavy work gloves.
This unit is designed for a standard 22mm mounting hole, making it universally compatible with most industrial control stations. Its modular design allows it to be combined with a mounting collar and various ZBE contact blocks, giving you the flexibility to customize the specific electrical logic (NO/NC) needed for your control circuit.
The ZB5 series features a double-insulated plastic bezel. This is a major advantage in applications where grounding the operator is difficult or where the device is exposed to corrosive cleaning agents that might pit or degrade chrome-plated metal. It provides a lightweight yet incredibly durable solution for high-frequency use.
