Description
PowerPacT H-Frame circuit breakers are designed to protect electrical systems from damage caused by overloads and short circuits. PowerPacT H-Frame circuit breakers are available with either thermal magnetic or Micrologic electronic trip protection units. This PowerPacT H-Frame circuit breaker provides thermal magnetic circuit protection with a breaking capacity of 14kA at 600VAC. All PowerPacT H-Frame circuit breakers are equipped with dual-break rotating contacts that reduce the amount of peak current during a short circuit fault. All PowerPacT circuit breakers have an integral push-to-trip button in the cover to manually trip the circuit breaker. PowerPacT H circuit breakers are available in 2 and 3-pole unit mount and I-Line constructions. This breaker has lugs on both the line and load sides. This PowerPacT H, 150A, 3 pole, circuit breaker has a breaking capacity of 14kA at 600VAC. This circuit breaker has a continuous current rating of 80%. PowerPacT H circuit breakers comply to UL, CSA, NOM, and IEC standards and are CE marked.

- This 3-pole PowerPact H-frame molded case circuit breaker (MCCB) features a 150A continuous current rating with a robust interrupting capacity of 14kA at 600VAC, 18kA at 480VAC, and 25kA at 240VAC. This ensures your high-voltage distribution networks and heavy machinery remain fully protected against severe electrical faults, preventing costly equipment damage and minimizing facility downtime.
- Built with reliable thermal-magnetic trip technology, the breaker utilizes a bimetal switch to handle long-term thermal overloads and an electromagnetic mechanism for instantaneous short-circuit protection at a 1700A magnetic trip threshold. This dual-action mechanism prevents nuisance tripping from minor, temporary current spikes while providing immediate, failsafe clearing during true fault conditions to protect your downstream infrastructure.
- Engineered with a space-saving, standardized footprint measuring 6.4 inches high, 4.09 inches wide, and 3.4 inches deep, this compact unit seamlessly integrates into modern or retrofitted switchboards and control panels. The consistent H-frame dimensions across the PowerPact line allow electrical contractors to standardize equipment layouts and maximize interior panel real estate without complex modifications.
- This unit comes fully equipped with premium factory-installed line and load side mechanical lugs (AL150HD terminal kit) optimized for AWG 14 to AWG 3/0 aluminum or copper wiring. This integrated design eliminates the hassle and added expense of sourcing separate terminal components, ensuring a high-torque, gas-tight electrical connection that reduces resistance and prevents dangerous hot spots.
