Description
Stab-Lok circuit breakers are one, two, and three pole thermal magnetic circuit breakers that provide arc fault circuit interrupters for Federal Pioneer panels. They have easy to read color coded handles to differentiate ampere ratings. This breaker is a three pole 100A, 240VAC moulded case breaker with bolt on mounting. This circuit breaker meets CSA standards.

- Delivering a substantial 100-amp continuous current rating across three physical poles (3P) at 120/240V AC, this thermal-magnetic breaker is optimized for multi-phase commercial and light industrial machinery. The slow-blow thermal element handles standard transient line surges while protecting structural branch wiring from long-term insulation damage, and its instantaneous magnetic armature cuts off severe line faults immediately.
- Unlike standard plug-on consumer breakers, this heavy-duty Type NB module features a specialized bolt-on mounting configuration. This mechanical installation structure ensures a rigid, high-integrity physical connection directly to the panel s distribution bus bars completely eliminating terminal jaw loose-fits, reducing localized arcing risks, and meeting strict commercial code regulations for continuous, high-load industrial environments.
- The line and load connections are fitted with high-performance, industrial-grade mechanical screw connectors engineered to accommodate a wide wire range from 14 AWG up to a heavy 1/0 AWG in both aluminum and copper conductors. This generous sizing gives field contractors optimal flexibility to route thick supply lines, providing a tight, permanent connection that prevents loose-wire terminal faults over decades of service.
