Description
TeSys Deca contactor, 3 poles (3NO), for motor control applications up to 115A/1000V AC-3 (55kW@400V). It provides a 110V 50/60Hz AC coil with transient suppressor module, 1NO+1NC built-in auxiliary contacts (NC mirrror contact), power connection for bars or lugs, control connection for lugs. For operating rates until 2400 cycles/hour and environments until 60°C, it procures high reliability and durability. Compact (120mm width), mounting on 2 DIN-rails or screw fixing. Multi standards certified (IEC, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, Marine), Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Engineered for high-demand industrial environments, this 3-pole (3 NO) contactor supports an operational current of up to 115 A under AC-3/AC-3e classifications (up to 440 V) and 200 A for resistive AC-1 loads. This means you can reliably control motors up to 75 hp at 480 V or 100 hp at 600 V, eliminating downtime in critical conveyor, pumping, or HVAC automation systems.
- Featuring a dedicated 110 V AC coil operating at both 50 Hz and 60 Hz, this unit drops seamlessly into standard North American and international industrial control panels. The built-in bidirectional peak-limiting diode suppressor protects delicate upstream PLC outputs from high-voltage transient spikes during switching.
- This specific variant is equipped with specialized lug-ring and bar terminals rather than standard box clamps, facilitating robust, high-vibration-resistant bolting for large-gauge power cables. It ensures an ultra-secure, low-resistance connection capable of handling heavy electrical thermal currents up to 200 A safely.
- It comes standard with 1 NO (Normally Open) and 1 NC (Normally Closed) built-in auxiliary contacts, including a certified mirror contact for safety circuits. This integrated layout saves valuable DIN rail space and eliminates the added cost of external snap-on blocks when wiring up status indicators or hardwired safety interlocks.
- Built to the legendary TeSys Deca Advanced standard, this contactor supports maximum operating rates up to 2,400 cycles per hour and performs flawlessly in ambient temperatures up to 60°C.
