Features
- The LC1D12G7 is a 3-pole (3 NO) TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys D) IEC contactor. It is a compact, high-reliability solution for starting and stopping three-phase motors up to 7.5 HP at 460V. It is a staple in industrial automation for controlling pumps, fans, and conveyor systems where high-frequency switching is required.
- The G7 suffix indicates a 120V AC (50/60 Hz) control coil. This is the standard control voltage for most North American industrial panels. The coil is designed for high-cycle life and is field-replaceable, allowing you to maintain the device without disconnecting the primary power wiring.
- Rated for 12A in the AC-3 category (inductive motor loads) and up to 25A in the AC-1 category (non-inductive resistive loads like heaters). Its 3-phase horsepower ratings include: 3 HP at 230V , 7.5 HP at 460V ,10 HP at 600V
- To simplify your control circuit, the LC1D12G7 comes standard with 1 NO (Normally Open) + 1 NC (Normally Closed) built-in auxiliary contacts. These are essential for "holding" circuits (seal-in) or providing status feedback to a PLC or indicator light without needing add-on blocks.
- This contactor features a space-saving 45mm width and mounts easily on a standard 35mm DIN rail or via screws to a backplate. It is UL Listed and CSA Certified, and when paired with a Schneider LRD12 thermal overload relay, it provides a complete, code-compliant motor starter assembly protected against phase loss and overloads.
