Description
Harmony 22 mm modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights are designed for industry. This range combines simplicity of setup, flexibility and a robust construction. An ingenious locking system consisting of a snap fit head and body that can be tightened with a single screw but still ensuring an easy and yet secure mounting. Harmony XB4/ZB4 are 22 mm chromium plated metal modular push buttons, selector switches and pilot lights connecting to fully metal mounting collar. The operators can be purchased as complete operators or various modules that can be assembled to meet the user’s specific requirement. Harmony XB5/ZB5 are 22 mm plastic modular push buttons, selector switches, pilot lights. The operator can have a round and square plastic bezel. The contacts can be used for low load electrical contact and high power applications. Shake proof connection screws make periodic retightening unnecessary. A complete set of accessories to provide a solution for applications where exposure to high pressure cleaning, dust and extreme temperatures is an everyday occurrence. These harmony 22mm push buttons are used by machine manufacturers (automotive, textiles, timber) and control system panel builders. Certified and approved for meeting requirements throughout all continents: EN/IEC, UL, NEMA, CSA, CCC, Gost, JIS and many more. They have UL and CE markings and have ratings up to IP66 and IP69K.

- Molded from high-impact yellow polypropylene, this empty pendant enclosure provides superior resistance to mechanical shocks, deep drops, and aggressive industrial chemicals or cleaning agents. This durable housing eliminates the risk of cracked casings and internal component damage, making it ideal for high-overhead hoists, heavy-duty cranes, and demanding automotive manufacturing lines.
- Designed with 4 in-line 22 mm mechanical cut-outs, this customizable station allows control panel builders to layout comprehensive motion paths such as Up, Down, Left, and Right or integrate specialized emergency stop buttons. This versatile spacing gives technicians the freedom to populate the station with standard Harmony XACB contact blocks and operators, tailoring the interface precisely to the machinery's specific operational needs.
- Featuring an advanced Class II double-insulated architecture, this station creates a complete non-conductive barrier between the internal live wiring and the user's hand. This eliminates the requirement for a dedicated grounding wire within the pendant cable, safeguarding crane and hoist operators from catastrophic ground-fault hazards or structural tracking current during wet or high-humidity outdoor operations.
- Formed with a contoured, slim-line handgrip, this lightweight station minimizes hand fatigue for operators managing continuous lifting cycles. The high-visibility yellow body guarantees the station can be quickly located in busy, cluttered bays, while the top cable-entry sleeve provides natural strain relief for pendant cables, preventing cable pullouts during sudden downward tugs.
