- Featuring eight vertical 22mm openings, this empty Harmony XAC pendant enclosure allows industrial control technicians to configure a highly tailored command layout. It provides the exact layout spacing required to mix and match multi-speed pushbuttons, emergency stop mushroom heads, pilot lights, and selector switches, completely optimizing directional control for overhead bridges, gantry cranes, and heavy material handling lifts.
- Molded from premium, high-impact yellow polypropylene, this robust enclosure boasts an IK08 mechanical protection rating to withstand crushing blows, severe vibrations (15 gn), and accidental job site drops. The chemical-resistant, self-extinguishing material prevents degradation from oil, grease, and industrial solvents, ensuring reliable, long-term performance on demanding manufacturing floors and construction zones.
- Engineered with an IP65 ingress protection rating and sealed joints, this double-insulated control station forms an airtight barrier against dust, moisture, and low-pressure water jets. It operates reliably across extreme temperatures from -13F to 158F (-25C to 70C), keeping internal auxiliary circuit wiring perfectly dry during intense outdoor weathering or harsh maritime facility washdowns.
- Outfitted with a flexible, stepped rubber cable sleeve, the enclosure supports incoming cord diameters ranging from 0.3 in to 1.02 in (8 mm to 26 mm). This tapered design allows facility electricians to cut the boot to match the exact jacket thickness of their control cables, establishing a high-traction strain relief that prevents conductor pullouts and terminal fatigue during continuous mechanical handling.
