Description
TeSys GV extended rotary handle, for motor circuit breakers GV2L, GV2P mounted inside an enclosure and to be operated externally. For main switch usage, it provides a black handle on grey front plate with indication of 3 positions OFF, ON, TRIP. To be mounted on the door of the enclosure, the handle mechanism ensures an IP54 protection to the mounting. It also includes a mounting adaptor to be screwed on the face of the circuit breaker, and an extension shaft to be be adjusted in length (distance between the door and the back of the circuit breaker must be in range 146-256mm). Padlockable in OFF or ON position with up to 3 padlocks (to be ordered separately). Locking in ON position does not prevent the circuit breaker from tripping (unlocking is required for fault reset). Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).

- Designed with a high-contrast grey front plate and an ergonomic black handle, this kit delivers distinct physical feedback across three clear positions: ON, OFF, and TRIP. When a motor fault occurs, the handle instantly moves to the distinct TRIP indication zone, allowing maintenance crews to visually audit the panel and isolate faults immediately without opening the live enclosure door.
- The robust locking mechanism accepts up to three individual padlocks simultaneously, allowing technicians to secure the device in either the ON or OFF position during critical servicing. Crucially, locking the handle in the ON position will not prevent the internal circuit breaker from safely tripping during an electrical overload, providing full equipment protection while conforming to rigid workplace safety compliance standards.
