Description
Tri-Onic® TRM time-delay midget fuses are rated 250 volts AC and are offered in ampere ratings from 1/10 to 30A. They have 12 seconds time-delay at 200% rating to provide supplemental protection of small motors, small transformers and other high inrush loads, plus many other 250 volt applications. (Not for Branch Circuit Protection).
Features
- Engineering with a built-in 12-second time delay at 200% of its rated load, this Tri-Onic fuse absorbs harmless, temporary surge currents without cutting power. This prevents frustrating, unnecessary downtime and false trips caused by inductive high-inrush loads common in small fractional-horsepower motors and transformers.
- Featuring the industry-standard midget physical size of 13/32" x 1-1/2" (10mm x 38mm), this cylindrical cartridge fuse provides a drop-in structural match for existing equipment layouts. Its non-rejection, ferrule-style tin-plated copper contacts seamlessly snap into open-style clip blocks, industrial modules, or standard Mersen UltraSafe fuse holders.
- Rated for 6.25 Amps at 250 Volts AC, this midget fuse delivers highly accurate supplemental overcurrent protection for low-voltage systems. It boasts a robust 10,000-amp interrupting rating (10kA AIC), isolating dangerous short circuits immediately to protect sensitive control loops, solenoids, and internal components from catastrophic thermal damage.
- Manufactured with a durable glass melamine laminate body, this heavy-duty unit is UL Listed to Standard 248-14 (File E33925) and CSA Certified to Standard C22.2 No. 248.14. These strict safety certifications, combined with full RoHS environmental compliance, guarantee your facility meets strict industrial engineering codes and workplace safety guidelines.
