Tri-Onic® TRM time-delay midget fuses are rated 250 volts AC and are offered in ampere ratings from 1/10 to 30A. They have 12 seconds time-delay at 200% rating to provide supplemental protection of small motors, small transformers and other high inrush loads, plus many other 250 volt applications. (Not for Branch Circuit Protection).

- The Tri-Onic TRM10 features an advanced dual-element design that provides a built-in 12-second time-delay at 200% of its 10-amp rating. This intentional lag allows high-inrush currents from industrial control circuits, small motors, and transformers to start up smoothly without causing premature outages, saving you troubleshooting time and costly service interruptions.
- Engineered to the industry-standard midget fuse footprint, this unit measures exactly 13/32-inch diameter by 1-1/2-inch length (10.3mm x 38.1mm). It ensures seamless physical compatibility with existing equipment clips, open-style fuse blocks, and secure finger-safe modules like the Mersen UltraSafe series without requiring any panel reconfiguration.
- This cartridge fuse is fully rated for up to 250VAC and carries a 10kA interrupting rating (I.R.) to safely isolate overcurrent faults in low-voltage distribution networks. The robust poly tube casing and tin-plated copper ferrule terminals ensure reliable arc-quenching and consistent electrical conductivity over a long operational lifespan.
- This fuse is explicitly engineered for supplemental protection to isolate sensitive downstream components like lighting ballasts and control circuits, and it should not be substituted for primary branch circuit overcurrent devices. By handling targeted localized faults, it prevents minor equipment failures from cascading upstream and knocking out power to your entire electrical panel.
