    Description

    This Harmony XALK yellow control station for emergency stop function is ideal for your complete control station. It operates with turn to release mechanism and uses screw-clamp terminals. This control station with mushroom head push button for emergency stop function is ideal for situations where quick actions are required for a process or machine to function correctly or where operator movements require maximum ergonomy. Its schematic is clearly distinguishable thanks to clear colors. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant, corrosion resistant, and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.

    Features

    • This complete control station comes pre-configured with 2 Normally Closed (2 NC) slow-break contacts, eliminating the hassle of sourcing separate parts. The dual-contact design ensures a reliable, redundant pathway to immediately drop power to your control circuits the instant the mechanism is triggered.
    • Engineered with an intuitive turn-to-release mechanism, the red mushroom head securely latches into place when pressed, ensuring the machinery remains locked out until an operator manually twists the button to reset it. This explicit mechanical action prevents accidental restarts, satisfying strict safety management protocols on the plant floor.
    • Built from high-grade polycarbonate, this enclosure boasts heavy-duty IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings alongside NEMA 4X and 13 protection levels. It is purpose-built to survive high-pressure washdowns up to 10,153 psi at 131°F (55°C), making it completely immune to harsh chemical cleanings, dust ingress, and corrosive industrial processing conditions.
    • Designed as a core part of the Harmony XALK modular framework, the station offers seamless physical compatibility with all standard Ø 22 mm plastic push buttons, switches, and pilot lights from the Harmony XB5 range.
    • Fully certified to UL 508, CSA C22.2 No 14, and EN/ISO 13850 regulations, this unit features a distinct positive opening mechanism conforming to IEC 60947-5-1 Appendix K. The unmistakable high-visibility yellow lid (RAL 1021) and large 40mm unmarked red mushroom cap guarantee effortless compliance for mandatory emergency switching off and e-stop safety systems.
