    Description

    This Harmony XALK yellow control station for emergency stop function is ideal for your complete control station. It operates with turn to release mechanism and uses screw-clamp terminals. This control station with mushroom head push button for emergency stop function is ideal for situations where quick actions are required for a process or machine to function correctly or where operator movements require maximum ergonomy. Its schematic is clearly distinguishable thanks to clear colors. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant, corrosion resistant, and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product. Vibration resistant screw clamp connection terminals ensure high vibration resistance making product suitable installation on high impact machine.

    Features

    • This complete control station comes pre-equipped with a 1NO (Normally Open) and 2NC (Normally Closed) contact configuration. The dual NC contacts allow you to wire redundant safety loops back to your safety relay or PLC.
    • Built from heavy-duty polycarbonate, the station boasts NEMA 4X/13 and IP66/IP67/IP69K ratings, making it completely dust-tight and waterproof. It can withstand high-pressure washdowns up to 7,000,000 Pa at 55°C, ensuring total reliability on food processing lines, conveyor systems, and chemical-heavy manufacturing floors.
    • The 40mm red mushroom head features a secure trigger-latching mechanism with a "turn-to-release" reset profile. This mechanical latching guarantees the emergency stop remains locked in the open-circuit state until intentionally twisted, preventing accidental machine restarts and safeguarding maintenance personnel.
    • Designed for rapid installation, the housing includes standard knockouts for a Pg 13.5 cable gland, alongside a 14mm base cutout. The internal contact blocks utilize heavy-duty screw clamp terminals compatible with standard Philips, Pozidriv, or flat-head screwdrivers, allowing electricians to secure wiring quickly without specialized tooling.
    • The entire Harmony XALK assembly is fully UL 508 listed and CSA C22.2 certified for high-voltage industrial machinery control. It incorporates positive opening operations conforming to IEC 60947-5-1 Appendix K, guaranteeing that the NC contacts are physically forced open upon actuation to reliably break the power loop.
