Description
TeSys GV busbar set, 3 phases, 63A/690V, for the upstream parallel wiring of groups of motor starters composed of GV2 motor circuit breakers or LS1D32 fuse carriers. For use with screw clamp terminal devices, it is composed of 2 tap-off outlets for the paralleling of 2 devices with a pitch of 45mm. The use of a terminal block GV1G09 or GV2G05 is recommended to supply the busbar sets (to be ordered separately). Green Premium compliant (RoHS/REACh).
Features
- Featuring a precision 45mm spacing with two tap-off points, this busbar link is engineered to seamlessly parallel-connect a pair of TeSys GV2 manual motor starters or LC1D contactors. This optimized physical layout eliminates the bulk of traditional point-to-point power wiring, dramatically reducing installation time for panel builders while maximizing rail space inside tightly packed automation enclosures.
- Rated for a continuous 63 Amps at up to 690V AC, this solid busbar easily accommodates the heavy inrush currents associated with multiple three-phase motors starting under load. By consolidating the main line feed into a single high-conductivity bus structure, it prevents the localized overheating and voltage drops common with traditional jumper-wire daisy chains.
- Specifically engineered as a core accessory for the Schneider Electric TeSys Deca (formerly TeSys GV2) eco-system, this busbar aligns perfectly with GV2ME and GV2P manual starter frames. This authentic factory compatibility guarantees precise terminal spacing and optimal torque engagement, avoiding the mechanical stress and arcing risks associated with generic, third-party busbar modifications.
