Description

TeSys GV busbar set, 3 phases, 115A/690V, for the upstream parallel wiring of groups of motor starters composed of GV3 motor circuit breakers. For use with Everlink BTR screw terminals devices, it is composed of 2 tap-off outlets for the paralleling of 2 devices with a pitch of 64mm.

  • Outfitted with two precision-spaced tap-off outlets, this LinergyTM FT comb busbar allows industrial control panel builders to feed two independent motor starters in parallel from an upstream line. It eliminates the need for redundant line-side terminal routing and complex jumper loops, providing a clean, professional, and efficient motor control center layout.
  • Featuring an exact 2.52-inch (64 mm) connection pitch, this pre-engineered link aligns flawlessly with EverLinkTM BTR screw terminal devices without requiring manual adjustments or physical bending. This modular footprint guarantees seamless integration alongside TeSys GV3P, GV3L, and LC1D40A through LC1D65A three-phase contactors, dropping physical assembly time to a fraction of traditional field wiring methods.
  • Built with a robust 115-amp conventional free-air thermal current capacity (I_th), this high-performance busbar safely manages heavy three-phase distribution loads without overheating. It prevents thermal hot-spots inside enclosed control environments, ensuring continuous, reliable current path delivery to neighboring motor protection switches under full-load operation.
  • Carrying a certified 690V AC rated insulation voltage (U_i), this heavy-duty comb busbar provides exceptional dielectric strength and isolation between phases. It safeguards nearby solid-state industrial electronics and maintenance staff from flashovers and dangerous short-circuit faults, making it ideal for 480V and 600V factory infrastructure.
