Description
This Harmony XB4, plain lens head for pilot light with integral LED is orange. This head for integral LED pilot light is designed to last without maintenance for a bright indicator of process and machine operations. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a clear color of len, enabling complex machine statuses to be read at a glance. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.
Features
- The ZB4BV053 is a 22mm "Harmony XB4" pilot light head featuring a plain, circular lens. This is the modular front-end component designed to be combined with a light block and mounting collar to create a complete visual signaling device for industrial control panels.
- The lens is a vibrant yellow (amber) colored plastic. In industrial standards like IEC 60204-1, yellow typically signifies "Abnormal" or "Warning" conditions. It serves as a clear visual indicator to operators that a system is approaching a limit or is in a state requiring intervention.
- This specific head is designed to be used with a Protected LED light block. LED technology ensures a long service life and high resistance to vibration compared to traditional incandescent bulbs, significantly reducing maintenance costs and downtime in high-vibration machinery.
- Part of the Harmony XB4 range, this head features a Chromium-plated metal bezel.
