Description
This Harmony XB4, plain lens head for pilot light with integral LED is blue. This head for integral LED pilot light is designed to last without maintenance for a bright indicator of process and machine operations. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a clear color of len, enabling complex machine statuses to be read at a glance. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- The Schneider ZB4BV063 is a 22mm "Harmony XB4" blue pilot light head with a plain lens and an integrated spacer. It is a modular component designed to provide high-visibility status signaling on industrial control panels, allowing operators to monitor machine states (such as "Ready" or "Fault") at a glance from the factory floor.
- This specific model features a built-in spacer, which provides additional clearance between the operator head and the mounting collar. This design is essential for specific panel configurations where extra height is needed to clear surrounding components or to ensure the lens is sufficiently proud of the panel for maximum side-angle visibility.
- As part of the Harmony XB4 metal range, this head features a chromium-plated metal bezel. This construction offers superior impact resistance and protection against industrial chemicals compared to plastic alternatives, making it the preferred choice for heavy-duty applications like automotive assembly, mining, and oil and gas facilities.
- The ZB4BV063 is engineered for extreme conditions, carrying IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ratings. It is also NEMA 4X and 13 rated, meaning it can withstand high-pressure, high-temperature steam cleaning and is fully protected against dust, oil, and non-corrosive coolants, making it ideal for food processing and marine environments.
- The ZB4BV063 is a "head only" component. To create a functioning pilot light, it must be paired with a ZB4BZ009 mounting collar and a light block (such as the ZBV series). This modularity allows you to customize the voltage (24V, 120V, etc.) and the LED type to match your specific control system requirements.
