Description
This Harmony XB4, plain lens head for pilot light with integral LED is green. This head for integral LED pilot light is designed to last without maintenance for a bright indicator of process and machine operations. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a clear color of len, enabling complex machine statuses to be read at a glance. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66. It has a metal bezel, this makes it Ideal for applications requiring high impact and vibration resistance. It is designed to fit in a standard 22mm cutout, ensuring compatibility when installing in pre-existing machinery. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -40°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

- The ZB4BV043 is a 22mm "Pilot Light" operator head from the Schneider Electric Harmony XB4 metal range. It is designed to provide a bright, green visual indication of a machine's status—such as "Ready," "Running," or "Normal Operation"—within industrial control panels and automation systems.
- Featuring a Green Plain Lens, this operator is designed to diffuse light evenly across its surface. When paired with a compatible LED or incandescent bulb, it provides high-visibility signaling from a wide viewing angle, ensuring operators can identify critical machine states even in high-ambient light environments.
- Built with a robust chromium-plated metal bezel, the ZB4BV043 is engineered for maximum mechanical durability. It is rated IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K, making it completely dust-tight and resistant to high-pressure, high-temperature washdowns. This makes it ideal for food processing, automotive, and heavy-duty manufacturing.
- This part number is the operator head only. To create a functional pilot light, you must pair it with a metal mounting collar (ZB4BZ009) and a light block (such as the ZBVG3 for 120V LED). Its "snap-fit" design allows for the light block to be easily swapped or upgraded without replacing the entire head.
- The Schneider Electric ZB4BV043 is UL Listed, CSA Certified, and CE marked. It is designed to fit a standard 22.5mm (7/8") hole, ensuring compatibility with most industrial control stations and enclosures worldwide while maintaining the NEMA 4X integrity of your panel.
