    Description

    This Harmony XB4 illuminated modular red push button operates with a spring return mechanism, is supplied with 24V AC/DC, uses a universal LED. It has a metal bezel. This illuminated push button provides an ergonomic and visual interface for controlling your machines. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter panel cut-outs and connected to control circuits with classic screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance thanks to a bright and long lasting LED illumination. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP66 / IP67 / IP69 / IP69K, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments.

    Features

    • Built with a premium chromium-plated metal bezel and a rugged Zamak fixing collar, this Harmony XB4 heavy-duty push button is designed to absorb intense mechanical impacts and high-vibration stress. Unlike plastic alternatives that crack under tension, this industrial-grade metal construction prevents structural warping, ensuring long-term structural integrity in demanding factory and automotive environments.
    • This industrial switch carries rigorous IP66, IP67, IP69, and IP69K ingress ratings, alongside UL Type 4X and 13 enclosure certifications, making it completely dust-tight and waterproof. It safely withstands aggressive chemical washdowns and high-pressure water jets up to 1,015 psi at 131 F, making it an excellent choice for food processing, marine, and oil and gas operations.
    • The assembly comes complete with a pre-configured 1 NO + 1 NC silver alloy contact block that utilizes slow-break operation with a safety-critical positive opening mechanism per IEC 60947-5-1 Appendix K. This dual-circuit layout allows you to handle both a standard machine control loop and an indicator status loop from a single actuator, providing built-in circuit flexibility and reliable failsafe disconnection.
    • Powered by a built-in 24V AC/DC universal integral LED, this red flush actuator delivers high-visibility status signaling with minimal power consumption. The steady, bright plain lens ensures machine operators can instantly identify active system errors or stop states from across the plant floor, while the solid-state LED design eliminates the regular replacement costs and filament failures of old incandescent bulbs.
