    Description

    This Harmony XB7, illuminated projecting monolithic green push button operates with a spring return mechanism, is supplied with 24V AC/DC, uses an integral LED and screw clamp terminals. It is easily installed into standard 22mm diameter cut-outs and connected with simple screw-clamp connections. It is clearly distinguishable visually at a distance due to clear colors and illumination via integral LED, minimizing errors in machine control and enabling complex machine statuses to be read at a glance. It is impact resistant, dust resistant, water resistant and vibration resistant thanks to its IP65, making it ideal for operation in harsh environments. It has a double insulated plastic bezel. Its wide range of operating temperatures from -25°C to 70°C allows versatility in usage of product.

    Features

    • The XB7NW33B1 belongs to the Harmony XB7 family of control and signaling units. Unlike modular control devices that require the separate ordering and assembly of an operator head, fixing collar, and individual contact blocks, this unit features a monolithic design. The entire switch assembly is integrated into a single, complete part number, making it highly economical and significantly reducing panel assembly time for high-volume control box fabrication.
    • This round, unmarked pilot interface is styled as a projecting or prominent pushbutton. The green lens protrudes outward past the edge of the front bezel ring rather than sitting flush, providing a highly tactile landing point that machinery operators can easily actuate by feel. It operates via an instantaneous spring-return mechanical mechanism, immediately bouncing back to its resting state the moment physical finger pressure is released.
    • The backend architecture is built with a single Normally Open (1 NO) slow-break contact loop. It serves as a reliable pilot duty interface for control circuit networks, managing rated operational current limits of 0.6 Amps at 120V AC (AC-14 mapping) or 0.3 Amps at 240V AC. For DC control loops, it handles up to 0.22 Amps at 125V DC or 0.1 Amps at 250V DC, making it ideal for interlocking directly into PLC input modules or triggering upstream magnetic contactor coils.
    • Molded from a durable, double-insulated plastic composite material, this component delivers excellent resistance to common chemical agents and cleaning compounds. The front face carries a validated IP65 and NEMA Type 12 ingress rating, ensuring that the internal contacts remain fully isolated against low-pressure water streams, airborne dust particles, and oily residues. The rear face carries an IP20 rating, providing basic finger-safe protection for wiremen inside the enclosure.
    • Engineered to snap straight into a standard 22.5 mm industrial panel cutout, this ultra-lightweight component occupies a tiny footprint with a front width and height of 29 mm and a total depth of 57.5 mm.
