- Built with a robust, dual-protection interlocking system, this assembly physically and electrically blocks both contactors from energizing at the same time. This fail-safe architecture prevents catastrophic short circuits and phase damage, ensuring a highly reliable, smooth transition when reversing the rotation of conveyors, hoists, or overhead doors.
- Equipped with a highly efficient 120V AC coil that operates seamlessly on both 50Hz and 60Hz frequencies, this device integrates perfectly into standard industrial control transformers and commercial pilot circuits. The optimized coil handles wide voltage fluctuations effortlessly, minimizing contact chatter and preventing premature coil burnout under demanding factory floor conditions.
- Rated for up to 12 Amps in inductive AC-3 loads, this TeSys Deca assembly handles three-phase motors up to 5.5 kW (7.5 hp) at 460V AC. The heavy-duty, silver-nickel alloy contacts resist pitting and electrical erosion, delivering an extended mechanical lifespan over millions of operational cycles under punishing startup and stop conditions.
- Each contactor in this reversing pair comes standard with one normally open (NO) and one normally closed (NC) auxiliary contact. This gives maintenance teams and automation engineers immediate, independent channels to wire up remote running lights, fault alarms, or digital input feedback loops directly to an upstream PLC without requiring expensive add-on contact blocks.
